We are seeking a charismatic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Junior VIP Host. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, providing them with exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients to determine their needs and preferences.
  • Understand the client's objectives and decision-making process and form long-term partnerships with individuals.
  • Actively and successfully manage assigned accounts from start to finish, ensuring all enquiries are followed through and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the VIP Manager, Supervisor, and Senior hosts to contribute to team development goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Hindi.
  • Sports or Marketing Qualifications preferred but not required.
  • High level of global sports knowledge.
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.
