Job Title: Claims Manager - Disaster Recovery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of insurance claims and restoration projects.

  • Manage and coordinate insurance restoration claims (water, mould, fire, flood, storm, and make safes)
  • Liaise with insurance companies, loss adjusters, assessors, and policyholders
  • Schedule and coordinate internal restoration and make safe teams across multiple regions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, scopes of work, and insurer SLAs
  • Accurately update and maintain job files using Prime Ecosystems (or similar job management systems)
About This Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong communication and project management skills.

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality customer service.

Your expertise in disaster recovery and insurance claims management will be essential in providing guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
