About the Role:

The Support and Maintenance Specialist is responsible for providing daily support and maintenance of Radiology Information System (RIS) and Picture Archiving & Communication (PACS) system across a regional health service.

This role will primarily assist hospital-wide clinical staff, imaging staff, and external stakeholders who use the RIS/PACS systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of RIS/PACS system
  • Assist hospital-wide clinical staff, imaging staff, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of system performance and issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
