Regional Manager Agribusiness Job Description

As a key player in our agribusiness team, you will have the opportunity to lead a large geographic region and drive growth in one of our key markets. This dynamic role requires a leader with deep agribusiness experience and a strong ability to inspire and develop their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of relationship managers across Northeast VIC, encompassing Bendigo, Shepparton, Wangaratta, Albury and Wodonga. In conjunction with a national approach, they will enhance sales strategies for their state and ensure those strategies are understood and well executed by their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Agribusiness Relationship Managers across Northeast VIC

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading a large agribusiness team
