Job Title: Supervisor - Op Shop

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Op Shop team.

  • Retail Award Level 4 position (incl. weekend penalty rates)
  • Casual position based at our Bendigo location
  • Bring creative flair to help us achieve our vision
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and coordinate our volunteers and daily operations of our Op Shop in Bendigo.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily operations of the Op Shop
  • Supervising a team of volunteers
  • Managing stock and visual merchandising

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for fashion and charity retail, as well as experience in cash handling, register operations, and closing procedures.

You will also be available to work weekends and public holidays, sometimes at short notice.
