Job Title: Data-Driven Insights Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Data-Driven Insights Lead to play a critical role in informing strategic marketing decisions through robust data analysis, brand health tracking, customer segmentation, and market research.

This role operates at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and commercial performance, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver compelling insights that enhance business outcomes.

The successful candidate will make an impact by:

  • Delivering actionable insights to support brand growth and commercial performance
  • Managing and optimising brand health tracking tools and methodologies
  • Leading research initiatives to uncover consumer, market, and category trends
  • Interpreting and synthesising data from diverse sources
  • Influencing stakeholders with data-backed recommendations to drive better decision-making
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed insights into marketing strategy and campaign planning

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 6–8 years' experience in a similar insights or market research role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Psychology or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear stories that influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong experience working with brand health tracking tools, customer segmentation, and internal sales performance data
  • Demonstrated experience in commissioning and managing market research projects
