About Us

Leasing Performance Analyst Role

We welcome individuals with a passion for data-driven insights to join our team as a Leasing Performance Analyst. As a key member of our leasing strategy, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • You will spearhead the adoption of innovative systems to streamline data collection and analysis.
  • You will develop and maintain a suite of leasing outputs that deliver insights at asset, Fund, and portfolio levels.
  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence.
  • You will support and mentor Asset Analysts in financial modelling and feasibility studies.
  • You will prepare leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • You will lead the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: You will work with various data sources to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  2. System Development: You will design and implement innovative solutions to streamline data collection and analysis.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with internal stakeholders and industry peers to gather market intelligence and drive business outcomes.
  4. Mentorship: You will support and mentor Asset Analysts in financial modelling and feasibility studies.
  5. Reporting: You will prepare leasing statistics and trend reports to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Data Governance: You will lead the charge on data governance, ensuring accuracy and integrity in reporting.
