Drive Insight-Driven Decision Making as a Member Analytics Lead

A leading profit-for-members superannuation fund is seeking an experienced Member Analytics Lead to drive enhanced insight-led decision making for member acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and govern the analytics roadmap, frameworks, processes, and tooling to support data-driven decision making.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities to inform business decisions.
  • Design and implement data architectures, infrastructure, and data ingestion pipelines to support business needs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary or post-graduate degree qualified in Mathematics, Data/Computer Science, Actuarial, Business, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated conceptual and analytical skills with a record of achievement in strategic planning, project management, and delivery of strategic outcomes.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources and integrate various viewpoints to synthesize key messages.
  • Track record of improving data quality through data cleansing, validation, and data quality assurance practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence projects to deliver strong outcomes at optimal speed.
