Dynamic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in our global equity and credit strategies. This key role will focus on expanding our client base through strategic engagement with retail and wholesale financial advice channels.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing strong client relationships within the Australian retail advice market. They will possess a deep understanding of industry trends and regulatory developments, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.
This is an exciting opportunity for a business development professional to take on a leadership role and shape the company's market positioning through analysis of industry dynamics. The ideal candidate will be able to identify new business opportunities, participate in conferences and networking events, and leverage social media to engage with a wider audience.
Beyond their technical skills and expertise, the successful candidate will also demonstrate strong commercial acumen, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a strategic thinking approach.
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
- Proven experience within Australian retail advice channels
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships
- In-depth understanding of the Australian retail and advice markets, including key industry trends and regulatory developments
- RG146 qualification
- Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Business, Finance, or related field)
