The Head of Private Capital is an exceptional leader with a strong network and impressive track record. We are looking for a highly commercial, thoughtful, and dynamic individual with extensive deal experience and a strong operational skillset, plus a passion for the growth space. The firm emphasizes hands-on involvement, strong commercial acumen, and high technical skills.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Sit on or observe boards as appropriate, providing expert guidance.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate growth opportunities that align with the company's goals.
- 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking with Private Equity or active Corporate Development.
- Strong commercial acumen, enabling effective decision-making.
- Knowledge of the growth equity and/or restructuring space, driving informed investment strategies.
- Ability to understand commercial, financial, and operational drivers of growth businesses, fostering strategic growth.
- CFA or CA qualified, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis and planning.
- Deal experience is essential, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
- Investing experience is required, with a focus on growth-oriented investments.
