Job Description

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading our Partnerships and PR + Communications teams to enhance the quality of our product and pipeline for growth. This influential and hands-on role requires discipline-neutral leadership to intimately understand the context and needs of both our clients and team.

  • Promote a collaborative, one-team culture between departments within the agency and between group companies
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the group leadership team
  • Champion specialist capabilities within the group, and be an expert at identifying opportunities that will unlock improved integration and organic growth
  • Build a strong rapport with key client decision makers to elevate perception and reputation
  • Oversee Senior Account Directors to develop and execute client plans focused on creative excellence and growth
  • Anticipate and understand client requirements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Develop significant knowledge of clients' categories and industry trends to shape work and deliver meaningful outcomes
  • Work in concert with MD and GM to develop, engage, and convert strategic pipeline of new business and organic prospects
  • Contribute to marketing efforts including but not limited to networking, new business credentials, proactive ideas, thought-leadership, and award submissions
Required Skills and Qualifications

An influencer – able to take people on a journey to achieve buy-in across critical issues

Passionate about great ideas underpinned by commitment to delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – confident, credible presenter

Ability to communicate with all levels of clients, management, and staff

Multi-tasker – manages number of responsibilities in face of competing priorities

Excellent problem solving and issue resolution

Inquisitive and keen to share learning with clients and internal team members

Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work without supervision or instruction

Ability to work as team and for benefit of team

Ability to learn new technologies and marketing concepts quickly

High energy and willingness to innovate

Passionate, persistent, and courageous

Business/Marketing degree or equivalent

10+ years experience leading teams and working in integrated agency

Demonstrated people management experience, leading high-performance teams
