  • Maintain governance registers and ensure consistent data collection.
  • Update toolkit templates, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop SharePoint content for our Standards and Capability site.
  • Support the development of the EPMO Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with alliance functions to support project outcomes.
  • Provide coordination and facilitation support to team members and project teams.
  • Assist in producing presentations and learning materials.

Experience in PMO or project delivery environment essential. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
