Key Role and Responsibilities

Air services plays a vital role in the safe and efficient management of 11% of the world's airspace, providing aviation rescue firefighting services. Our teams operate across the country, connecting people with their world safely while serving the community and visitors.

The Project Coordinator Role
  • Support the implementation and operation of project frameworks across transformation and sustainment portfolios.
  • Maintain governance registers and ensure consistent data collection.
  • Update and manage toolkits, standards, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint content for the EPMO site.
  • Collaborate with alliance functions to support project outcomes.
  • Provide coordination and facilitation support to team members and project teams.

The successful candidate will possess experience in a PMO or project delivery environment, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent planning, organising, and time management skills.
