Senior Telecoms Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecoms Project Manager to oversee major telecommunications projects. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with expertise in integration and testing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead technicians and engineers on integration and migration activities, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Oversee pre-stage, construction, and post-construction testing, guaranteeing compliance and thorough documentation.
  • Review site audits, drawings, handover packs, and network performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and escalate risks, defects, and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners, attending regular meetings to provide progress updates.
  • Enhance project processes, documentation, and commissioning standards to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Act as Team Leader when required, providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in P25 Radio / Telecommunications networks, including RF and antenna systems.
  • Hands-on experience with IP or MPLS-based networks, with a focus on data analysis and problem-solving.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results.
