**Software Engineering Manager Role Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our software engineering team, driving the delivery of cutting-edge telecom production systems in Australia. Focus areas include CRM and Order management systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leverage technical expertise to empower teams and foster best practices in software engineering.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, budget, and performance metrics for project deliverables.
  • Cultivate strong interfaces, relationships, and communication channels to ensure seamless alignment with customer requirements.

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent fields.
  • At least 10 years of experience in SW Engineering roles, including in-depth understanding of telecom domains and eTOM frameworks.
  • Proven track record of managing Amdocs Telecom products such as Amdocs CRM and OMS.
  • 4-5 years of experience guiding engineers through project lifecycles.
