Project Manager for Telecom Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects successfully across scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Manage project teams, QA, documentation, and subcontractor compliance effectively.
  • Support procurement, budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management processes.
  • Coordinate planning, scheduling, and reporting with site teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders and internal teams to build strong relationships.
  • Identify potential risks and contribute to contract and supplier management strategies.

About the Role:

  • A seasoned leader with technical expertise and commercial acumen in delivering complex telecom projects.
  • Strong coordination, financial, and stakeholder engagement capabilities to drive business success.
  • Relevant degree or trade background in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience working in the telecom industry, particularly mobile, LTE, and microwave networks.
  • Proficiency in QA, safety protocols, and digital tools to streamline project delivery.
  • Effective leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills to achieve project goals.
  • Familiarity with key systems and technologies to support project execution.
