We are seeking an Administration Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to our clients throughout their claims process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting clients through the claims process, providing regular updates and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
- Collating and preparing claim documents, policies, and reports to inform decision-making.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless communication with clients.
- Maintaining accurate database records and ensuring correct data input into our system.
- Performing ad hoc administration tasks and reporting as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 6-12 months experience in a similar administration capacity, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent administrative skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving shared goals.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
