Job Role: Support Care Specialist

Position Description:

We are seeking motivated Support Care Specialists to join our team. These roles have the potential to transition into permanent part-time positions for the right candidate.

Applicants must be able to work extended shifts across a minimum of 2-3 weekdays, with additional availability on weekends and for both active and inactive night shifts highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with personal care and mobility needs
  • Providing domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
  • Offering social support and community access services
  • Supporting clients with physical or cognitive disabilities

Requirements:

Candidates with a genuine passion for caring, reliability, and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply. A competitive hourly rate starting from $36 is offered.

The ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Ageing, Disability or Home and Community, and possess current First Aid & CPR certification. Additionally, they will need to have an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check (within 12 months), driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
