About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enrolment Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Education. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating relationships between schools and prospective parents to drive enrolments.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in managing data reporting processes. You will also be required to provide high-level advice to schools and families on enrolment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connecting current and prospective families with available resources and support for enrolment into CSPD schools
  • Managing and responding to inbound enquiries from prospective parents regarding enrolment systems and procedures
  • Supporting schools with waitlisted students and facilitating the redirection of excess demand to undersubscribed CSPD schools
  • Providing data-informed advice to schools, families, and the wider community about enrolment opportunities
  • Establishing a data reporting rhythm across the school network and supporting schools to ensure data quality

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent experience
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Demonstrated capability in customer experience and sales-related roles
  • History of delivering customer service training
  • Experience with managing data reporting processes and ensuring data quality

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
