Job Overview

This role offers opportunities to work across all areas of the hotel, including bars, restaurants, conference and events departments.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to a team of hospitality professionals, working alongside them to deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities include training new colleagues, ensuring high-quality service standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue outcomes for the hotel.

Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant management is essential, as well as leadership and team management skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, is also required.
