Food and Beverage Service Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled Food and Beverage Service Specialists to join our dynamic team. As a specialist in food and beverage service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple outlets, including Epoche Bar, Locavore Restaurant, Conference & Events, and Room Service. Your key responsibilities will include creating a warm welcome for every guest, serving food and beverages to a high standard, highlighting promotions to enhance the guest experience, making perfect cups of barista coffee, understanding menus and promotional activities to provide expert recommendations, handling cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately, collaborating with Kitchen and F&B colleagues to deliver exceptional service quality, and setting up and packing down functions and events to maintain a polished atmosphere.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in a hotel environment or within the hospitality industry. You must also possess current RSA Certification and Food Safety Certificate on food handling. Experience with preparing coffees and coffee artistry is an advantage. Additionally, you must be flexible to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Excellent communication, presentation, and grooming skills are essential, as well as Australian working rights.
