Flavour Innovator

We're seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Flavour Innovator. As a key member of our gelato production team, you'll be responsible for serving up happiness in every cup and cone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving gelato with skill, speed and style
  • Helping customers find their new favourite flavour (taste-testing encouraged)
  • Preparing gelato fresh daily - learn what makes each flavour so special
  • Maintaining a clean and sparkling outlet that's just as fresh as our gelato
  • Working efficiently under pressure while delivering a great experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A positive, bubbly personality
  • Reliability, energy and a love of working in a team
  • Attention to detail - because our gelato deserves to look as good as it tastes
  • Hospitality or retail experience is a plus
  • Clear and confident communication skills
