We're on the hunt for a creative and adventurous individual to join our team as a flavour pioneer. As a key player in our product development team, you'll have the opportunity to dream up and develop new gelato flavours, formats, and product lines that surprise and delight.

  • You'll be responsible for experimenting with textures, ingredients, and serving styles to push the limits of what gelato can be.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain to bring your concepts from idea to market.
  • Run trials, tastings, and sensory panels to perfect every creation.
  • Evaluate every product against Gelatissimo's high standards (HACCP, GMP, SQF).
  • Stay ahead of global food and flavour trends, transforming insights into crave-worthy products.
  • Partner with stores and franchisees to deliver innovations that are as practical as they are exciting.
About You
  • A qualified chef, food technologist, or equivalent food science/culinary background.
  • Experience in gelato, ice cream, or frozen desserts is preferred but not essential – passion and willingness to learn are key.
  • A true food innovator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to balance creativity with technical feasibility and commercial success.
  • Knowledge of food production, ingredients, and sensory science.
  • Confident communicator, collaborator, and trend-spotter.
