Job Title: Operations Analyst - Business Insights

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering insights, tools, and reporting to optimise operations and enhance transparency across our contract portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse operational and contract data to generate insights and track key metrics.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to improve data visibility.
  • Support compliance activities including KYC checks and social licence requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of risk controls.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate across teams to support cross-functional projects and governance standards.
  • E nsure data integrity and structure in contract and operational systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, engineering, management, or related field.
  • Additio nal certification in operations analysis or process improvement is beneficial.
