Process Business Analyst

6-month initial contract + likely extensions Immediate start Hybrid way of work Talent Insights are looking for a Process Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation program covering more than 10 process streams, including significant work within the Complaints domain.
The role requires strong analytical skills, proven stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with process mapping tools.
Key Responsibilities: Map and document end-to-end processes across multiple streams (Levels 1-4).
Deliver process analysis and reporting to support transformation initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, manage challenges, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide guidance on compliance and regulatory-related processes, ensuring adherence to standards.
Utilise ARIS/Visio to deliver accurate and actionable process documentation.
Key Skills & Experience Strong process analysis and mapping experience, ideally across multiple business streams.
Proficiency with ARIS/Visio Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and advise on process improvement opportunities.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience managing challenging stakeholders.
Prior experience in compliance or regulatory-driven programs highly regarded.
Experience within the Complaints domain considered a strong advantage.
