Main Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead pre-sales activities, including demos, POCs, product configuration, and onboarding, seamlessly transitioning customers into successful long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Success: Build trusted relationships with customers at every level, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic upselling and proactive problem-solving.
  • Operational Excellence: Create scalable processes, documentation, and best practices to streamline future customer onboarding, deployments, and support interactions.
  • Product Expertise: Become deeply knowledgeable about our platform to effectively advise customers and contribute significantly to product roadmap discussions based on customer insights.
  • Voice of the Customer: Actively gather feedback and insights from customers, relaying key information back to internal teams to drive continuous product and process improvements.
