As a key member of our Solution Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by supporting CRM, CPQ, and digital commerce solution sales across various industries. Your expertise will be crucial in developing tailored solutions during the sales process.

  • Develop and position innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Guide customers through discovery, design, and demonstration, aligning solutions with their business objectives while driving sales performance.
  • Support sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ, and automation platforms.
  • Lead engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges and use cases.
  • Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations that effectively highlight business value.
  • Build trusted relationships with both technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level decision-makers.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in leveraging AI to drive business outcomes, critical thinking, or problem-solving.
  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, preferably across platforms like Salesforce, Service Now, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, or Shopify.
