About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our expansion in the APAC region.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for defining and executing the People Plan for the APAC region during a period of significant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the People Plan for the APAC Region.
  • Strategic workforce planning across a matrix organization covering business development, commercial marketing, engineering, construction, environmental planning, and asset management, employed across multiple countries.
  • Succession plans, retention risk, and attrition issues, proactively managing risks and accelerating opportunities.
  • Create and agree on a culture of engagement and recognition using tools to support an open, safe, and innovative culture.
Requirements:
  • High learning agility with the ability to adapt quickly to tasks.
  • Ability to handle complexity and ambiguity.
  • Curious and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive HR management/business partnering experience gained in an international role and environment.
  • Flexibility on working hours to support international business needs.
  • Willingness to travel where required.
  • Accessibility and approachability.
  • A hands-on approach to help with HR-related matters when needed.
  • Ability to compile and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform business decisions.
  • Results-oriented individual who will finish what they start and challenge the business to do the same.
