The Role

We're seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our passionate team. As a key member of our procurement team, you'll be responsible for ensuring all procurement activities are supported, conducted, and recorded in a manner that maximises value for T2 across procured goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing bid documents, including requests for proposal, invitation to bid, and tenders.
  • Source, research, and provide competitive procurement options for goods and services.
  • Develop and maintain an end-to-end supplier evaluation and selection process, including ongoing performance evaluations.
  • Evaluate and manage contracts to ensure they're procured, managed, and recorded diligently, competitively, and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain an accurate repository of all procured goods and services.

Estimated Salary Range: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum
