Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

Salary Range: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Account Manager to join our team in CBD location. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering bespoke talent strategies and recruitment solutions for high profile clients across various sectors, including Customer Service, Administration, SA Government, ESG, and Professional Services.

You will work collaboratively with our team of high performing consultants to deliver exceptional customer service, identify business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Built strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Managed multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Utilized excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Conducted market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving
