As a Key Player in Employment Services, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

About the Role

You will engage with job seekers, identifying their transferable skills and providing expert guidance to help them secure meaningful employment. This includes setting regular appointments, assisting with resume writing and interview preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Setting regular appointments with job seekers to support their employment goals and aspirations
  • Coaching and mentoring job seekers with resume writing and interview preparation strategies
  • Greeting new job seekers and assisting with system setup and onboarding processes
  • Case management and administration tasks to ensure seamless delivery of services

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional who can build strong relationships with job seekers, provide tailored support, and drive positive employment outcomes.

About You
  • Proven experience in employment coaching or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with job seekers
  • Administration experience and sound computer literacy skills to manage databases and systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
