The role involves connecting individuals with sustainable employment opportunities. Our mission is to inspire, support, and guide participants to achieve their full potential.

Job Responsibilities
  • Empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment through tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support.
  • Meet specific targets and collaborate with employers to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity.

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.

Required Experience and Skills
  • Background within the Employment Services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre or recruitment.
  • Proven success within target driven environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including coaching, mentoring, and case management.
  • Problem-solving and goal-setting abilities.
  • Organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks.
