About The Role- 5+ years proven success as an Enterprise Sales/GTM Recruiter with a strong track record of talent acquisition and management.
- You are a strategic advisor with demonstrated experience and ability to influence senior leaders and execute on business objectives.
- Ability to prioritize requirements and needs of departments, leveraging market knowledge and data to drive hiring processes.
- Self-aware and thoughtful leader who fosters a positive work environment and holds self and others accountable for delivering results.
