About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Product Support Advisor with Marble, a reputable and highly regarded OEM in the industry.

As a Product Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the site's resident tradespeople and managers, as well as maintaining and repairing the OEM equipment on site.

With a strong focus on customer service and a willingness to develop strong relationships at site, this role is ideal for someone with a background in underground hard rock mining and a heavy diesel trade qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the site's resident tradespeople and managers
  • Maintain and repair the OEM equipment on site
  • Utilised on site as an all-round tradesperson where and when needed

This is a permanent, full-time role with a 8:6 days only roster, with DIDO in company time on day 1 and day 8. The role is based in NSW and offers a great work-life balance.
