The Position

As part of our Managed Services practice, you'll join our talented team and bring your expertise to provide network support to both AC3 and our customers, minimising risks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage, maintain and improve the Network services for customer systems
  • Monitor performance of key components, solutions and services
  • Assist with compiling weekly and monthly reports on managed Networks as required
  • Ensure that managed Networks meet or exceed operational SLAs
  • Provide input into the design and implementation of technical solutions and services
Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working as a Network & Security Operations Engineer, with proven L3 troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience working for an MSP/IT Solutions Provider highly desirable
  • Strong technical skills across Cisco R&S, Palo Alto, F5 LTM/GTM, Aruba and Cisco wireless, Fortigate, AWS/Azure/VMWare Clouds
  • A plus: Juniper R&S and Voice technologies, eVPN / VXLAN
