About the Role

As a Network Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our networks.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving network issues related to routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
  • Addressing client requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing technical assistance and support to clients both onsite and remotely.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
  • Experience with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts, including routers and switches.
  • A strong understanding of industry certifications (Cisco/Fortinet).
  • Previous experience in MSP.
