About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Phoenix Learning and Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our children with social and emotional needs related to Autism, ADHD, or Trauma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support children to have the best quality of life possible, including baking at home, fun days out, and holidays.
- Ensure the children's safety and well-being by monitoring their development and keeping accurate records.
Requirements:
- Patient, compassionate, and resilient individual with great communication skills.
- A driving license and flexibility to work varied shifts, including sleep-ins.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive environment.
