Aged Care Support Worker

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team in Launceston. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Providing respite and emotional support
- Transporting customers to appointments
Requirements
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing
- Experience in a similar role, including personal care, manual handling, and medications
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
