About You
  • Proven experience managing complex grants and funding programs in a dynamic, politically sensitive environment.
  • Deep understanding of relevant grant management principles and regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to oversee robust reporting systems and ensure accurate allocation tracking.
  • A proactive approach to risk management and performance monitoring across multiple funding streams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes across government and community partners.
  • Experience supporting Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) frameworks to enhance accountability and continuous improvement.
  • A track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • A commitment to public value and community resilience through effective funding delivery.
Essential Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline - this could be management/finance related, or a discipline related to disaster risk reduction.
