Project Officer

This is a part-time permanent role working 19 hours per week at the Cancer Institute in Sydney. The successful applicant will join a team of dedicated staff who are passionate about cancer control.

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and support the operations, monitoring and evaluation of grant schemes and programs.

  • Coordinating and executing grant schemes and programs;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required;
  • Providing administrative support to the team;

Essential requirements for this role include:

  • Tertiary or postgraduate qualification in an appropriate discipline such as health, public health or health promotion or equivalent experience and training;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;

Applicants must also demonstrate experience in grants administration and project management.
