Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design on various water infrastructure projects including networks, desalination plants, wastewater treatment plant upgrades and renewals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
  • You will have the opportunity to coordinate, manage and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering and construction phase support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments, including work with local providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership of project or technical teams, with a passion for high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and client engagement skills, with an interest in mentoring others.
