About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Specialist to join our team of experts in civil water engineering.
  • You will apply your knowledge and skills to deliver positive water outcomes that respect nature and benefit communities.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed calculations for water and wastewater infrastructure planning and design projects.
  • Coordinate resources, manage budgets, and supervise project timelines to ensure quality and timely completion of multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to clients to secure new projects.
  • Work on multiple tasks, projects, or proposals simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands professionally.
  • Mentor junior team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in designing water and wastewater transmission, distribution, conveyance, and treatment infrastructure.
  • Strong hydraulic design expertise, including network modeling, pumped systems, gravity sewers, and open channels.
  • A customer-focused approach to successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills across business sectors and externally.
  • Project management experience in managing resources, budgets, timelines, and quality on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Ability to contribute to winning new projects.
  • Specialist input into water and wastewater systems for various markets, including municipal, mining, oil & gas, and others.
  • Excellent writing skills to produce high-quality reports and proposals.
