Overview

AECOM's Water Team in Perth, WA is looking for an experienced Water Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about technical excellence and delivering multi-disciplinary projects within a global organisation. The Water Infrastructure group provides services to clients across water and wastewater treatment, dams, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, and defence sectors, with a focus on sustainable outcomes for communities. You will have access to mentoring and guidance from industry-leading experts and the opportunity to support major projects locally in Western Australia as well as interstate.

How you'll make a difference
  • Apply water infrastructure design skills and knowledge, including water pressure pipeline design, desalination plants, and gravity sewers to meaningful local and national projects.
  • Contribute to projects across the lifecycle from inception (bidding and concept design) through detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
  • Support project management activities and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and strong knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • Proven experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments, including work with Water Corporation.
  • A passion for high-quality project delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ideally experience in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
