Facilities Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated office or building facilities professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet contractors for preventative and reactive maintenance tasks, including replacing torn carpet tiles, unblocking toilets, fixing leaks, cleaning spills, and setting up conference rooms.
- Investigate and rectify reported faults around the office.
- Ensure kitchens and restrooms are tidy and well-stocked.
- Perform outdoor tasks such as clearing leaves outside the building.
- Move small furniture items as required.
- Provide ad hoc support to the National Facilities Manager.
This role will be treated as a temporary assignment, but you'll be part of the site team. Every day will be different, and we're looking for someone who can juggle multiple tasks and commit to the role.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a handyman or similar role.
- Ability to work flexible hours (25 per week).
- Reliable transportation to Macquarie Park, NSW.
- Australia Work Authorisation.
