Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on professional to join our facilities team in New South Wales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems and equipment, ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver quality service to our residents and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong communication skills, and be able to maintain professional boundaries when interacting with young adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment
  • Ensuring facilities are safe and well-maintained
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade qualification desirable
  • 1-2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a commercial environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work at heights
