Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of facilities, supervising a team of maintenance staff, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

The role involves a range of tasks including:

  • Managing maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and arrange repairs
  • Monitoring and maintaining building services such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems
  • Developing and implementing maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Conducting site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar facilities role
  • Experience in managing Building Management Systems (BMS) and other computer-based programs
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
