Facilities Maintenance Professional

The role of Facilities Maintenance Professional is responsible for providing timely and effective assistance in the maintenance of school facilities and grounds.
Fulfill campus property and grounds maintenance needs, prioritizing customer satisfaction, communication, quality, time, and safety.
Set up functions, manage minor repairs, and maintain School grounds.
Respond to and resolve enquiries and requests for assistance in a timely and polite manner.
Provide support to Management in delivering safe and compliant facilities and services.
Work effectively as part of the Facilities team and develop a professional relationship with the Wenona community.
Certificate or trade qualifications and demonstrable experience are required. Experience across multiple building trades is highly desirable.
Personal Attributes:A collaborative and personable team member with a strong work ethic and drive to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all stakeholders are also necessary.
General Conditions of the Role:This role requires the ability to prioritize and manage workflows, promote safe work practices, and coordinate multiple competing demands without losing a sense of humor.
