Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities, grounds, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve facilities to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Develop and implement schedules for mechanical maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of pipework, pumps & valves, and perform hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Display proficiency in basic computer skills, including software and hardware management.
  • Perform cutting, welding, and grinding tasks to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Hold a valid forklift license and be willing to operate heavy machinery safely.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in facilities maintenance is essential for this role. In addition, you will require a forklift license, driver's license, and work authorization for Australia.
