About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading operational effectiveness initiatives across the Broker Development community, working closely with Heads of Broker Development and the Sales & Distribution leadership team to ensure consistency of process, performance, and delivery.

You will also lead on people planning and operational performance, continuous improvement, change & process delivery, and embedment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing data trends to identify changes and business improvement opportunities
  • Maintaining consistent processes and best practices across the Distribution population
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills
  • Persistency in driving through and embedding change
  • Influencing various stakeholder groups across different levels

We provide a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of £60,000 to £75,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications), plus bonus opportunities, generous pension schemes, and flexible benefits to suit your needs.
