The successful candidate will translate strategic direction into organisational objectives to achieve desired outcomes, manage, inspire, and mentor Service Managers, and contribute to workforce capacity development through succession planning.
Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to internal policies and governance, clinical outcomes, quality care, and regulatory compliance with efficacy and transparency.
A strong business and financial acumen is essential, as is the ability to manage competing resources while delivering contemporary care and services with sustainable results.
Salary: $190k + super + salary packaging.
About you:
- Registration with AHPRA as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or other Allied Health discipline is highly desirable.
- An impressive track record in an Operations Manager or Executive Manager role in aged care, community services, or other health sector.
- Solution-oriented and outcomes-focused, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic directions into operations.
